Almost all of our team either grew within the business from the farms or was born into growing. Having spent so many years working intensively with farms and growers, we pride ourselves in understanding our suppliers and their challenges.

After all, we are dealing with a fresh product which is influenced by ever changing weather conditions and one that is highly perishable. Without this understanding it would be very challenging to find a balance between supply and demand, and between supplier and buyer.
